He is all-powerfull, all-knowing, and perfect in every way. There is no reason for Him to ever change. Besides, His holy word clearly tells us that He never changes. Enough said. God has always been so much more that Israel's god. I often tell folks that believers are not of the seed of Israel but of the seed of Abraham.. God's people have always been according to faith and not nationality or ethnicity. That said I probably wouldn't agree with most of what that guy wrote. I don't think there's such thing as evolution of God. Heb 13:8 says God is the same yesterday, today and forever! He doesn't change. What changes was our knowing him and our perception of Him.
