Just like being a kid again

I’ve been tagged by Robert of Mulled Vine. This is a first for me, but according to his instructions, I am to reveal seven things about myself that my readers do not already know and then “tag” three others to do the same.

1) I was born in the second poorest county in the entire United States. To this day, some people living there do not have running water.
2) I am a 2nd degree black belt in Taekwondo.
3) Before studying Japanese I originally wanted to study Korean (see #2).
4) I have a pet rabbit.
5) I am self-employed.
6) My favorite band is DC Talk.
7) I am hooked on Smallville, LOST, Bones and CSI (and all its spinoffs).

So there it is. I now tag the following people:
Ric at Prudent Musings
Isaiah at Joie de Vivre
Bob at Kansas Bob

Thanks for the tag, brother. I’ll get right on it soon. :-)

I like CSI too, except for the Miami spin-off. Not a big fan of Horatio, the almost inhuman tough cop, and I don’t think they fleshed out the characters in the series which is the downfall. CSI:NY is turning out better for me against the original team for some reason.

Lost… yucks (note that I say this while looking at your 2nd degree black belt in Taekwondo so it is with much respect!).

I am no good with poorest or richest counties in the US of A, so I am curious as to which county that is. I’ve always felt that the US legislators should always take care of their own country before they start blabbing their mouths off to others on how they should run their countries. :-)

    God bless!

I can’t let this one go. What is the name of your pet rabbit? I hope its not Fluffy. ;-)

    Jebediah. :)

enjoyed reading about you Casey … are you a consultant or a business owner? I like all flavors CSI except the Miami one … too much Caruso for me.

At your request I reposted my earlier 8 facts post.

  5. casey says:

    Hey Bob,

So you’re a pastor, huh? I did not know that. I guess you could say I’m a business owner, although I’m the only employee.
