He would not be the first politician to back peddle if he caved in on moral issues once elected to the presidency. Since he was able to throw in abortion coverage in his health plan even after he "realized" that abortion was wrong, I don't see what would stop him from doing the same as president. I do think Huckabee could beat Hillary. She has 50% negatives. That is going to be very hard to overcome. In order to get half the vote she has to convince <em>everyone</em> that doesn't hate her to support her. Huckabee, on the other hand, is a very likable guy. Personally, I hope to see a Thompson-Huckabee ticket. @Ash75
