I was robbed in downtown Los Angeles, in February by illegal alien. I've lost 2 days of work, just to testify in front of grand jury. He has struck a deal with DA, 7 days of jail time and deported back to Mexico. Surprisingly, he was arrested 4 times for similar crimes and convicted 2 times already (witness didn't show up on other cases). It's a slap on the hand. You know he'll comeback and commit more serious crime. What if I committed same crime? Probably, I'll be in jail for at least 2 years and long probation. After this incident, I've lost my faith in our Justice System. Something is terribly wrong here. Illegal aliens have more rights than we do.
